Shipping Policy – Please Read Before Purchasing

Thank you for choosing Seamoss Kulture! We take pride in delivering the highest quality, wild-harvested sea moss. Please review our shipping policy below — by placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Processing Time:
All orders have a processing time of 5 to 8 business days before they are shipped. Our sea moss is harvested in its wild state from Saint Lucia, and special care is taken to ensure its quality and freshness. Our Gold sea moss is sun-dried, while our Purple and Green varieties are dried indoors to preserve their natural color and nutrient profile.

Because we rely on natural harvesting methods, weather conditions in Saint Lucia may occasionally cause delays in processing and shipment.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Even if you select expedited shipping at checkout, this only affects the delivery time after processing is complete. For example, choosing 2-day shipping does not guarantee you will receive your order 2 days after purchase.

Shipping Schedule:
Due to the perishable nature of sea moss gel, we ONLY ship orders containing sea moss gel Monday through Wednesday to maintain optimal freshness and quality.

Orders that contain only dry products will be shipped Monday through Thursday.

Transit Time:
We are located in Nashville, TN. Once your order has been processed and shipped, most customers in the U.S. can expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days, depending on location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. A UPS shipping map is also provided below to help you estimate delivery times for ground shipments.
