MAKING FRUIT-INFUSED SEA MOSS GEL
Here’s how you can make fruit-infused sea moss gel at home:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of sea moss (rinsed and soaked overnight)
- ½ to 1 cup of diced fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango, etc.)
- 4 cups of water
- Sweetener - agave, dates, honey (optional)

Instructions:

1. Rinse the sea moss thoroughly in cold water to remove any sand or debris.

2. Soak the sea moss in clean water overnight. It will expand and become softer like in the picture below.


3. Rinse the sea moss again and remove any excess water.

4. In a blender, add the soaked sea moss and 4 cups of water. Blend until smooth and creamy.

5. Add your diced fresh fruit to the blender and blend again until the fruit is fully incorporated.

6. If you want to add sweetness to your gel, you can add a natural sweetener like honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar, and blend again. Taste to see if it’s sweet enough for your liking.

7. Pour the mixture into a glass container and store it in the refrigerator. The gel will thicken as it cools.
