What is Full Spectrum Sea Moss?

Full Spectrum Sea moss is the same Sea moss (irish sea moss) that has been intentionally dried and cured to maintain its natural colour and phytonutrients. We don’t separate the purple, gold, red or green. The full spectrum has a more potent taste as well as more potent effects!

Premium Raw Full Spectrum Sea Moss

Our rare, raw, wild crafted Full Spectrum sea moss (also called irish sea moss) is sourced from a family of deep sea divers off the coast of St. Lucia in the Caribbean. It’s classified as a superfood because of it’s mineral rich, life enhancing nutrients. It contains 92 minerals out of the 102 needed for the body to function at optimum well-being. Sea moss is a naturally potent source of calcium, magnesium, Iron, B vitamins, amino acids and a whole host of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.

Directions for use:

Soak for up to 24 hours in clean water. Drain, replace with fresh water and boil until a “gel” like consistency appears. Blend, allow to cool and take a minimum of 1 desert spoon per day. Add directly to shakes, hot water, stews, soups and salads or as desired. Store: In a glass container and keep refrigerated. The purple sea moss gel will last for 2-3 weeks in the fridge. Store: Raw purple sea moss should be stored in cool dark place away from direct sunlight.

Alternatively, Soak for up to 24 hours in clean water. Drain, replace with fresh water and blend until a ” gel ” like consistency appears, store in a glass container in the fridge, lasting up 2-3 weeks.

Please note: That every bag will have a unique mix of the different Colors inside. We do not guarantee the perfect mix of Colors as seen in the photos. Our Full Spectrum Sea Moss is 100% natural and doesn’t contain any preservatives or additives
What’s the difference between Full Spectrum and Signature Sea Moss?:

  • Full Spectrum is just dried in the shade to keep its Colors

  • Full spectrum has more potent properties in the Colors

  • Full spectrum has a stronger ocean taste

The sea moss is wonderful stuff! This is my second round of ordering and I plan to keep it going. I've taken to freezing some of my gel in ice cube trays in the freezer and making really big batches. I also let it soak for 48 hours instead of 24 and it's really much easier to grind up but I'm using an old-school Oster blender so who knows :-)

Bought the 8 oz. Full spectrum and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of sea moss I got. Wasn't very salty and easy to clean. It yielded quite a few jars of sea moss gel. Will definitely purchase again!

Store owner replied: Thanks for your support. We are glad you enjoyed it. Did you add fruit to the seamoss gel?

The Sea moss is good for the price. After consuming gel, smoothies, and juice, I could feel the benefits. Some things we have discovered since we have worked with sea moss for decades: 1. We suspect it is farmed, which still has benefits from the ocean but not like that of the ocean floor. 2. When cleaning and processing, the sea moss breaks down much more than most moss we’ve used in the past. Not necessarily a negative but something to be considered when working with it. None of this is to say any of our findings are negative. It is still a good product and price point. We will definitely be ordering from this company in the future.
