I started taking this black seed oil daily about 2 years ago I think, and so I have reordered this several times. I've been consuming one dropper in the morning pretty much every day, sometimes I miss days but it ends up being just fine for me because of how long I've been taking it now. I haven't had a head cold or a seasonal cold from allergies since I started taking this (I used to have terrible head colds every time the seasons would change).
