Took around 2 weeks to receive from date of purchase which was not a big deal considering it was a bulk purchase and the website stated the time frame. The weight was a true 5lbs of sea moss. Making my first jar of sea moss I found that it was actually not that dirty, easy to wash and hydrated very well. Blended into a smooth gel that melted in my spring water nicely without any clumps. I would recommend and will be buying again.

The quality of the sea moss is excellent; would prefer better packaging of the 5 lbs I purchased. Maybe vacuum-sealed rather than a clear bag that is not sealed. I still have not been able to communicate with anyone via email regarding some questions I had. Awesome, consistent product; weights were accurate to website description. Customer Service needs improvement.
