Directions for use:
Soak for up to 24 hours in clean water. Drain, replace with fresh water and boil until a “gel” like consistency appears. Blend, allow to cool and take a minimum of 1 desert spoon per day. Add directly to shakes, hot water, stews, soups and salads or as desired. Store: In a glass container and keep refrigerated. The purple sea moss gel will last for 2-3 weeks in the fridge. Store: Raw purple sea moss should be stored in cool dark place away from direct sunlight.

The seamoss was great! My family and I used it every day. I honestly don’t feel a difference but know that the moss is working with the other natural products we in take along with exercise! The only disappointment I had was the actual weight of the sea moss. I purchased 2oz. And received less than 2oz of moss. I am a business owner and I to figure out how much moss I need to make a certain amount of gel. The weight of the bag along with the moss was 2oz, not the moss itself as I felt cheated. Other than that I will continue to purchase the moss as I nor my family had any bounce back experience from the moss.
